(More customer reviews)This system works with your internet connection. If you internet connection fails then the telephone system fails and must be reset,(not always quick and simple). It drops calls after a several minutes. Best feature is the voice mail and call forwarding to my cell, (upgraded service 9.99 per month) This beats the high phone bill I was paying for.
