(More customer reviews)This is a great little mini-computer for basic functions like websurfing and word processing, except....one night I sat it down on the bedside table in a very normal way, didn't drop it at all, then when I woke up, the screen had blotches over it and a microfine crack. I sent it to Samsung for warranty repairs...over the phone and until it was received Samsung said it was covered. However, I received a call from the vendor that processes the warranty work, and was told in a very rude way that it wasn't covered, and I could have it fixed for $150-200, but the woman couldn't give a price...the only option was to not fix it, or accept they could charge whatever they wanted. Naturally, said no, I'm not writing a blank check, and the screen shouldn't have broken from such a normal motion. If screens broke normally from just setting the netbook down, no one would ever buy the things. It was defective to begin with. Now I have a broken netbook and am searching for a third party repair shop since there isn't any to be had from Samsung. Samsung was my favorite electronics brand, but now I won't purchase anything else from them. Thumbs down...perfect example of how a company can ruin an otherwise good product
