(More customer reviews)I got this item yesturday. It took 12 hours for it to charge!!!! It didn't have any battery till the last two hours, once it turned on, I couldn't hear anything through the phone. I had to turn the speaker on (in that case all the people in my office could hear the other party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I called costumer service but they didn't answer, I put a message, I wonder if I can return it?!
