(More customer reviews)The laptop works but it came with a bad AC/CD adapter so I could not charge it until I bought a new one. I decided it was too difficult to go through tech support because I could simply purchase a new charger on amazon for $10, but I guess if I was willing to spend an hour on line with Tech Support they would have sent me a new one.
I also don't care for some of the pre-loaded software that tries to sell me stuff I don't need.
Otherwise it works as advertised and came quickly. Amazon is great, dell not so much.
