(More customer reviews)I have an Hp DV series laptop. The company sent out an email to notify owners of a defect but would not service the laptops if they were not broken at the time or after a certain date.
What kind of a crock is that? Because mine suffered the exact defect described in the letter but after a certain date, Hp refuses to offer any assistance whatsoever.
My only advice: DO NOT BUY Hp PRODUCTS!
Their engineering is third rate and the company doesn't stand behind its products.
