(More customer reviews)I was a bit leary of buying an acer because it was so cheap, but a friend of mine has an aspire netbook and said it was fine. At first look, it does seem cheap, its case is plain black plastic, but performance was another story. It is lightning fast with my DSL internet. There is the usual amount of extra software to uninstall and the volume of the speakers is not the best, but I use a subwoofer/external speaker, so it didnt make a dif. I have had it for a few months now and am very pleased. I am now a fan of acer.
