(More customer reviews)I've never written a review for Amazon before but this product needs a warning for potential buyers. I bought the ITS 301D a little over 8 months ago and other than needing some interface tweaks, it worked great, a lot of features for the price. However, it can no longer read any disks. I've tried to contact tech support but all I get is the run-around...deleted tech support tickets, hung up on phone calls, and plain ignorance on the part of their reps regarding their "warranty". Reading the other reviewer's experience regarding getting his deck fixed, I probably shouldn't even bother. Oh well, at least I still have a radio...for now.
Go ahead, try your luck with Valor. But, if I were you I would put down a little more cash and go with a better known, reliable brand.
