(More customer reviews)Well first of all I recieved this phone very dirty ( something on it that was difficult to get off). And when I used it the phone froze and after that some buttons would not work. So I contacted the seller and I asked if I send it back could they get it fixed. That person replyed to me and said it was sent to Motorola to be inspected and cleaned before I recieved it. And also told me they had lotion on there hands when they handled the phone for packing.It wasn't lotion on the phone it was just dirty. And this person told me to send it to motorola myself but register it myself first. Than I asked how was I able to register this phone if I am the second owner. There reply just go to motorola site and register it. So this tells me they never had it inspected as they said, so they lied. And they also mentioned he accepts no returns. So I won't do bussiness with this person again. Because I had to pay to get this phone fixed and cleaned. One of the worst sellers I ever dealt with, and this gives Amazon a bad name to have sellers like this.
