(More customer reviews)This KVM switch works, for a while. It will eventually freeze up, making it necessary to reboot your computer(s) and the KVM switch in a specific order. It also becomes confused making components unresponsive (i.e. your mouse!). The KVM switch is extremely frustrating to use. Of course, Tech Support is of no use, and deny any problems. Stay away from this product if at all possible.
