(More customer reviews)Don't expect any customer service help from Winegard if you have problems with your Satellite Dish. I needed (still need) a simple replacement part and have spent well over 3 hours on hold waiting for customer support. Even "#1 in line" and I still waited 1 hour before giving up. I spoke to a rep once who said she needed to transfer me to parts - then transfered me to an inoperable number which promptly disconnected my call. DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM THIS MANUFACTURER
