(More customer reviews)My company uses the cheap Plantronics wire headset with the latest Avaya phone system. The Plantronics wire headset is terrible. There is always static & customers complain they can't hear me & the headset leaves an indention in your hair. We are constantly changing the cords or the headset & I got fed up & bought the wireless. I can hear so clearly that I have to set the earpiece at the lowest sound setting & it is comfortable all day. With my Microsoft wireless mouse I am completely wire free. This pays for itself after a year. I figure I'm on the phone 8 hours a day so the $250.00 price is worth it. I don't need the phone lifter because the Avaya phone we use works directly. Call comes in & my earpiece beeps & I press the button on the earpiece & start talking. The only quibble is that with the foam earpiece I hear the conversation echo. With the soft plastic earpiece I hear a slight echo if I am talking to a co- worker with the mouthpiece down. If I put the mouthpiece up I do not hear the echo but I always forget to put the mouthpiece down again when a call comes in. Other than that this thing is Money.
