(More customer reviews)The 2-14-11 firmware update now available did not fix it. The video was jerky and the photos would not load. I had purchased the unit for these features as well as it works with a Zune HD. It did work with the Zune, showing the playlists and other folders on the unit screen. However, as pointed out in some previous review, it would occasionally flip to the first tune name of the alphabet, taking you out of the folder you were in. The delay in showing the album art was apparently fixed - no problems. It did fail to boot up once, out of maybe 20 times. I did not have a problem with the program for finding the tunes I wanted to hear. The screen display was great - the one feature I especially wanted - and hated giving up when I sent the unit back. I could have lived with what did work if it were $100 less.
