(More customer reviews)My Powermonkey Explorer broke after 3 uses. The joint at which the electrical cord leaves the battery pack was twisted slightly when the Explorer was in the bag provided, causing an internal electrical disconnection. Moreover, it's impossible to fix the disconnection because the battery pack is enclosed in molded plastic that cannot be opened. This is incredibly poor British engineering and construction for a $100+ battery pack. It failed me on a trip 6 hours away. The idea of taking it to the Arctic or rainforest, as advertised by the company, is ridiculous.
