(More customer reviews)The design is hot but the ear reciever is to big for any persons ear which causes the bluetooth device to hang away from a person's face. My two other roomates and I tried everything including using the smaller ear adjustment piece to hold it closer to the face but the ear reciever is just way to big to fit in a person's ear. I wanted it so bad to :(.

The Hx1 from Motorola comes with 4 different types of earpeices. The bulk packaged products for some reason only come with one. Where I got mine from only included the ear spring for the left ear. The bone conduction technology only works correctly if you have a tight fit to the ear and that is why it comes from the factory with 4 different ear buds. The ear buds are not even currently an item available for order and it appears they may cost up to $20 each if and when they do. Also it won't come with a manual but it can be downloaded from Motorola.

paired it with an apple I Phone 4.
pro's
1. very good looking and easy to use which is a big plus for me
2. will audio stream (play music) with my itunes on macbook pro and MacMini
Cons.
1. Sound quality average not as good as plantronics pro ( I have not tried the blueant Q2)
2 Ear specific, you can only wear it in your right year
3.twice the price of a blueant Q2 which has more features and better sound quality and 3 time the price of plantronics pro which has definately better sound quality
