(More customer reviews)This product is excellent. I've owned several neckloops, and this one has the best fidelity. Telephones are difficult for me, but with this neckloop, phones become much easier. I get a lot of complaints about my old neckloop: I can hear OK, but people have trouble hearing me - it sounds like I'm in a tunnel. I also purchased a USB Bluetooth adapter so I can use this on my PC. It works great! Reminder: you must have T coils in your hearing aids to use any neckloop.
