(More customer reviews)Sadly, my BT1200 arrived dead upon arrival. The unit was getting power, but it failed to turn on. Several attempts to contact tech support at Scosche proved useless. I was promised a return authorization number, if I contacted them by email. When I did, I did not get a response nor the RAN. I followed up, and was still ignored. My advice, do not buy this, or any other Scosche product.
