(More customer reviews)I ordered this phone after my last AT&T-bought phone knocked out. I opened the box to discover that the phone's default language was set to portuguese and the wall charger was ment for France (it had two circular prongs next to each other). The language was fairly east to change, because most of the items int he menus had icons next to them and the phone came with a France-US adapter, which enabled me to use it normally. The phone itself is good to look at but can be surprisingly slow at time. The text input is T9 (meaning it has the same setup as most flip phones and their 12-key pad; 1.,? 2abc 3def). The music player are solid, using them with the included samsung-to-3.5mm jack adapter that doubles as a mic, and the included in-ear earbuds (I love the ear buds!). Overall its good for the price, but if you have more money go for something a bit nicer.
