This KVM switch works, for a while. It will eventually freeze up, making it necessary to reboot your computer(s) and the KVM switch in a specific order. It also becomes confused making components unresponsive (i.e. your mouse!). The KVM switch is extremely frustrating to use. Of course, Tech Support is of no use, and deny any problems. Stay away from this product if at all possible.

Sony MEX-BT5000 - Radio / CD / MP3 player - Full-DIN - in-dash - 52 Watts x 4 Review

Sony MEX-BT5000 - Radio / CD / MP3 player - Full-DIN - in-dash - 52 Watts x 4

Been a Sony car head unit user since many years ago I decided to give it a try and as a one solution to integrate Ipod and a BT hands free in one unit so let's say it could be worse. Installation is a breeze because there isn't extra speakers or mic to set. Just hook the speakers and power cables as any standard unit, plug the Ipod adapter, set and match the cell and that's it. Be aware it is hard to read the display when the sun hit it. Also digits are very small.
Unfortunately Ipod integration is a disaster as other reviewers noted with the XA-110IP. I also tested a ipod2car 2nd gen (with it's Sony interface wiring harness) which work great on my other older Sony head units but in the MEX-BT5000 it is not recognized. Is a shame because it's way better than the XA-110IP.
Sound through the bluetooth interface is a joke. Have tried several devices and they sound terrible. Is like hearing music through your home phone.
Cell Bluetooth interface has some issues and callers report severe echo. Having the mic integrated in the head unit has it's cons, setting a mic on better places could improve a lot the echo but unfortunately that's not possible.
Another concern is that the MEX-BT5000 doesn't have the option to update it's bluetooth software to keep it more integrated with newer phones.
On another vehicle I have both a standard Sony Head Unit and a Parrot 3200 bluetooth hansdfree device and this one is the best handsfree I have seen so far, it's so user friendly, has so many features like the phone book which is spelled through the speakers, and it's software can be updated by the user with a bluetooth equiped laptop as I already did. I located the mic in a optimum place and callers hear me clearly.
It's a fact: a company only dedicated to make stand alone handsfrees or ipod interfaces will have a better product against a manufacturer that makes them all by itself.
If you can afford it go for a dedicated Handsfree like the Parrot 3200 (sound goes through the stock speakers) and choose a better (non Sony for now) Ipod interface. If budget is tight just go for a dock hooked to the Sony aux input and control the iPod directly.

Scosche Bfcl2 Bluefusion Interface Module For Factory Hands-Free (Gm Class Ii) Review

Scosche Bfcl2 Bluefusion Interface Module For Factory Hands-Free (Gm Class Ii)

This is the second Bluefusion I've purchased. I have one in my 2007 Avalanche with a GM LAN radio unit. My wife wanted Bluetooth in her 2005 Suburban (which replaced her 2004 that had a Parrot installed). Installation of the Bluefusion could not be easier (well someone could do it for you, but that is not necessary). You simply drop the glovebox and unplug the antenna and power connections from the XM unit behind the glove. Connect the Bluefusion leads ad reconnect the factory leads to the Bluefusion harness, run the microphone cable, and bingo -- you're done. I used a zip-tie to hold the Bluefusion securely under the dash.
Use of the unit is easy and there is a nice factory-looking help card that my wife refers to from time to time. The only ding on these units (both the '05 and the '07) is a bit of background noise. Once in a while they will really set up a howl that callers on the other end of the line complain about. Calling back usually clears it up. I can't say if that is due to our phones, AT&T or the Bluefusion, but most of the time it is fine.
I stream media to my headunit using my iPhone in my '07. The Bluefusion is awesome for this. It is clear and sonically pleasing. The unit in the '05 is not quite as clear for streaming (using my iPhone), but is acceptable for us. I suspect this is due to the design of the older-style GM radio in the '05. My wife has a Blackberry Curve and it works fine with the Bluefusion, as well.

I have been using the Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution for over 2 years and it works just as well as the day I got it.
The Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution comprises the MX Revolution mouse and the MX 5500 keyboard. I have evaluated each unit individually (under the headers, MX REVOLUTION MOUSE, and MX 5500 KEYBOARD) and in combination (under the header MOUSE & KEYBOARD).>> MX REVOLUTION MOUSE > MX 5500 KEYBOARD

LG KS360 Tri-band Cell Phone - Unlocked Review

LG KS360 Tri-band Cell Phone - Unlocked
Average Reviews:

This is phone is almost everything I wanted it to be.
Just to begin, I use AT&T and I actually get better signal now then I did with my old phone, which I bought from AT&T. I have five bars almost everywhere, including places where friends with AT&T have no signal.
It has a great fairly high resolution screen that rotates based on if the keyboard is out or not. The video quality is pretty good for a phone and the point-and-shoot camera actually produces very nice pictures. The "touchscreen" actually only functions if you're using it to dial a number when the keyboard is closed. It is by no means a significant control mechanism.
The software has a very clean look and is very easy to manage -- every feature is where you expect it to be. Also, it has many ways to instantly check messages or create a new text message. It also has a cool feature where is lines up your messages with the same person as though it were a chat, which makes it very easy to remember what they said last. However, using that line-up method, I've had a lot of trouble with it chopping off the ends of messages, but if you just use the regular view, it's not a problem. Also, referring to the software in general, I've had a number of instances when it froze temporarily -- annoying, but not common enough to really be a problem.
The phone itself looks great. I have mine in a somewhat chunky case, which really detracts from the way it looks, but without the case it's very sleek and gorgeous. Also, even though it's a slider with a full keyboard, it's very thin and light. The buttons on the front and the keyboard are a good size -- not so small you can't tell what you're doing, but not too big, either.
And the battery life seems to be really good. Off of one full charge, it stays alive for three or four days of regular talking and texting before it dies.
And just a heads up, the charger that I got was actually a European charger with an American adapter, which works just fine, but it makes the charger really bulky, so it's hard to plug in behind furniture. Also, my manual came in what I think is Romanian, but there are plenty of manuals available online, and the phone is so intuitive it wasn't really a problem.
Overall, I really like this phone, and I'm glad that I got it, even though there are definitely less expensive unlocked phones out there. Sure, it sometimes glitches on me, but it's never been anything severe. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable, QWERTY keyboard phone.

The unit works amazing. Fast reading data from CD and USB... no skip .. no noise while reading.
Powerfull Output, I had to change my OEM speakers . practically the unit
blew then off.
When you are playing mp3 from the USB, Forgets the last Display configuration..always starts with the track number instead of the name..
A Negative point are the small buttons to move back and forward and up and down through tracks and directories..is not big deal just dangerous.

Coby TF-DVD7060 7-Inch Portable Tablet Style DVD Player with Wireless Headphones Review

Coby TF-DVD7060 7-Inch Portable Tablet Style DVD Player with Wireless Headphones

Works well. Only 2 minor issues: First is the buttons on the front of the player are not clear re: stop, play, ect. which in the dark while traveling is frustrating as you push in trial & error. The remote is direct line of sight only. The second is the wireless headsets. They have a button on each that scans 4 frequencies for the sound connection. It is very easy to push this button & lose the connection while simply putting the headsets on or if a child adjusts theirs without realizing it until you question why you can't hear the movie. You have to keep pushing the button til the sound comes back clear. Also there was interferace one time by a powerful radio station in the major town we were in. On the other hand, the volume control is not as easy to change, that's a good thing with kids, and can be set & left at an appropriate level.
