I coundn't wait to return the product and recive another, so I tried to fix opening the device but it did not avail. The second one works fine until now. However, the description states in bold that the phone comes with a 16gb micro SD card and original accessories. Up to now I cannot find this 16gb memory card. I have e-mailed the seller and am awaiting a response. I was very disappointed to see that I did not get this piece as I considered it a good part of the deal!

Amazon listed this product with wrong details of 5 MP camera which is actually confusing. I am returning this product due to this.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone a year ago because my previous phone of 3 years broke in half. The prior phone, a Nokia, had to be constantly flipped open to talk to contacts, so assuredly age was the factor in its breaking if it lasted that long.
As for the Motorazr2 V9, the features are great for a flip phone - the camera is decent, the call quality is superb, and there is plenty of accessibility for applications. The interface is pretty organized and the learning curve is simple; the phone is good for people who want to get used to current technology with a simpler entity.
However, the phone was not very durable, and despite that I used my Bluetooth most of the time to talk to my contacts, this reinforces my point. Unfortunately, after one year of owning this piece of technology, the sides of the phone cracked and broke, causing the screen and keys lose their unity, though I still hear sound when I press the dial keys. Because this phone broke quicker than the former and is prompting me to spend more money so soon to get another one, despite the good points I made about it, I will only give it one star.

It is small so it is easy to carry and store, and it also comes with loads of features that allows me carry one device when I travel, like the great sounding speakers,FM radio, the Memo option. It allows for the easy download of music from my computer, being small and portable it is also great for when I go runing. Needless to say, I am, therefore, using my Ipod less and less. My only and a big dissappointment is that the instructions manual is in Frech and other languages, but not in English. It comes with a CD which contains an soft version of the manual in English, but I am on the go, and don't have the time to sort throught files to find information I need, nor do I think that this is should be the only option. So this to me is indeed a major dissappointment.

(More customer reviews)i recently purchase this phone i have the red one. the phone was for the asian market and it had chinese manual and the language on the phone but it does come with a disk english manual to tell you how to change the language on the phone. it has a great camera and still playing with the apps on this phone.
It works well with my att sim card and my t-mobile sim card.
this phones does't come with the android network it uses brew mobile platform which i have never heard before and im not sure if i should try to download android apps or brew apps on this phone, dont want to ruin the phone. brew doesn't have a lot of apps to chose from if anybody know where i can download apps for this phone i would like to know. the phone works okay makes calls just fine.
This phone has the htc sense texting can get complicated for me because the has english letters and the chinese so it gets tricky and i cannot remove the chinese letters from the keyboard. has qwerty and landscape keyboard. it is a good phone for the price.

I really needed a new phone because my last LG phone was really bad. I wanted something really different that not only worked better but is cool and flashy like a Japanese phone. I couldn't get a Japanese phone because unfortunatly you can't get them in the US (plus they wouldn't work). I did my research and found this one which works with my Sim card(GSM). It's a Korean phone but luckily has an English language function. It's everything I wanted in a phone: thin, flashy, has a cell phone strap hook, picks up FM radio, and etc. I didn't have to buy a new charger because my last LG phone charger works just fine. I haven't tested out the camera or video functions that much but for a 3 MP camera it has a really nice picture. I absolutly love the lighting and cover functions. When the phone rings, depending on the setting a little dotted animated picture shows up on the cover. Plus the phone comes with 25 ringtones and other sounds. The music is real Pop/cute oriented;some in Korean but I really don't mind them at all. Personally I don't use the internet functions because I have my laptop, but as a regular cell phone to call out or take pictures or video it works great!!

If you notice the clock in the pictured phone, it's different than the one they sold me. The box was a generic v8 box of sorts. The 'Gold' pieces are falling off of this phone and I've handled it with great care. This leads my wife and myself to believe that this is not an authentic Motorola Luxury phone. THEN, I told MASTER CELL STORE AND THEY THREATENED TO SUE ME!!! They will not give me any information regarding Master Cell Store or even give me a single name of who I was emailing. ALL OF THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE I WAS RIPPED OFF AND THAT I ALSO BOUGHT A KNOCK OFF PHONE. I WILL BE PURSUING A CLAIM HERE. THIS IS REALLY BAD BUSINESS HERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM MASTER CELL STORE!!!!

(More customer reviews)I just got this phone in blue yesterday. It is a good basic phone with a nice screen. If you want this phone, and live in the U.S., get it from T-mobile. Doing that will keep the price down with a 2-year plan. And the phone's features will work in the U.S. The international version may have features that will not work in the U.S. And if the phone has 3G, it may not work in this country ( but probably Asia) And there is a good chance you will get a warranty of some kind from T-mobile. Some will say that this is a girl phone. I don't buy it. As I said, I got the phone in blue, I am NOT concerned about gender issues. I just like the color of this phone.

I opened the box to discover that the phone's default language was set to portuguese and the wall charger was ment for France (it had two circular prongs next to each other). The language was fairly east to change, because most of the items int he menus had icons next to them and the phone came with a France-US adapter, which enabled me to use it normally. The phone itself is good to look at but can be surprisingly slow at time. The text input is T9 (meaning it has the same setup as most flip phones and their 12-key pad; 1.,? 2abc 3def). The music player are solid, using them with the included samsung-to-3.5mm jack adapter that doubles as a mic, and the included in-ear earbuds (I love the ear buds!). Overall its good for the price, but if you have more money go for something a bit nicer.

(More customer reviews)Thru the years I found Nokia to make some of the best phones and this one is not an exception. I bought it because it is a 4 band (world) unlocked GSM, very light and small indeed, full touchscreen, responsive, quick and accurate typing, overall the phone works fast, has a bit slow GPS (when not assisted) with free maps and nice voice navigation, good WiFi, working radio, good loud speaker and call quality, decent email (old style) and normal camera, also the battery supposed to last longer. Overall, it does well what it supposed to do for the price of $180. There is one important thing, the US model has UMTS (3G bands) 900/1900/2100, so the 1900 works with AT&T, but no 850 AT&T or 1700 T-mobile. Strange, but the box label and some of the Amazon description are both wrong as they show 1700. I confirmed that with Nokia as well and the phone is working fast on AT&T 3G on 1900. The phone is made in Mexico, that's fine. It has the plastic look, but it is the simple clean design and the cute shape that makes it look neat too. I am not sure why there is no variety of colors on the US market like elsewhere, that is rather frustrating. The operating system is the typical Nokia, no news there.

I have been a Nokia fan for more than 9 years now, all Nokia phones(and 1 Samsung to be honest!). i was looking 4 another Nokia since i lost mine on a plane last month, then i saw this one & it was love from first sight! Stylish, cute, but don't let it fool u!This phone is far more capable than you think, I could easily compare it to any HTC or iphone!i tried the iphone not the HTC though..
1st the screen is gr8, the touch is soo smooth, difficult if you have big hands though, if you dont buy, you won't be able to enjoy this phone. the full keybord is really good, the Android market..what can i say...endless fun & applications...the camera has really good photos, the phone is sooo handy...though i gave it 5 stars coz i got it for less than this price from a friend..but for its real price ( $250 ) i would give it 4 stars..still good *edit* the screen after a couple of month is rather smaller than it should!unless u like small stuff, when u compare this screen to an htc aria(3.2" instead of the 2.6' on this phone) the difference is HUGE !
Nothing is perfect of course, the cons:
- the battery lasts for only a day, a full complete day if you install application killer from the market also when u use the battery power app, it was installed on my phone as well, it lets u control the bluetooth, wifi, background data and LCD light all in 1 touch which is so convenient.
- the 2nd problem was the bluetooth, u can't receive and send files through bluetooth except if you install the bluetooth app from the market, which isn't gr8 as well *edit* upgrade to 2.1 version solved this problem ( but i wouldn't recommend this upgrade over all, it slowed the phone down a bit)
These were the only problems i found till now ( after almost 2 weeks)..i hate those bulky new phones they are releasing everywhere, so this just so conveneient 4 me
bottom line, if you are ok (better,if u like them!)with small phones, and want one capable of doing ALL the smartphones do, then buy this one..but if you have a problem dealing with small LCD or charging the phone almost everyday (which i was used to do the past 3 years withh all my Nokia phones, the N80, N85 & N97 mini!) then it is gonna be hard 4 u to get used to it!
*edit* The plastic-look of this phone( even though some might like it) takes down its rating, even for the price! when u take the back cover off, u see a slim phone that would have looked gr8 with a metal back or something, also could have been much slimmer, instead Sony Ericsson added a curved plastic back that adds real bulk to the phone for no reason! this takes the rating even to less than the 4 stars given!
